Theresa Peters is Minister Counsellor for Trade and Investment Affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia in Rome, Italy. With over twenty years of experience in foreign trade, investment promotion, and diplomacy, she has held various roles at the Mission and in the private sector, including leadership positions with international organizations.

She holds an Honorary Doctorate in Political Science. Fluent in Italian and English, Mrs. Peters is recognized for her expertise in strengthening economic and cultural ties between Liberia and Europe.
